Team Recognitions!

Jasmin is always a team player. Always there when someone needs help. She cares for her residents as if they were her own family. These are only a few reasons why she should be recognized.

Again I can’t say enough about this woman. She is always there to help someone. Whether it be with food or a ride to an employee. Chris does this on her own time as well. No one deserves it more than Chris.

On more than one occasion, Tacara has asked what are the scheduling needs for open shifts. She always has the resident’s best interests in mind, as well as her coworkers. She is pleasure to work with.

Christine makes residents and staff members laugh every day. She truly enjoys coming to work here. She’s extremely attentive to everyone’s needs and jumps in to help when no one asks. She is warm and approachable and makes everyone feel ‘at home.’ Chris also chases after visitors if they do not comply with our protocols (which is fun to watch). I’m so grateful to have Chris as part of our Prosper Family!

Deb always goes out of her way to help a certain resident who has difficulty communicating. She completely understands him and anticipates what he needs. He smiles so much when he interacts with her because she makes him feel special. It takes a warm-hearted person with a lot of patients and caring to go above and beyond to make residents feel warm, welcomed, and truly at home!

Ana always goes above and beyond for all of her residents and co-workers. All the residents love Ana, she always puts them first. Ana is a team player, you can always rely on her for help!
