Team Recognitions!

as usual Chris goes above and beyond this week the night girls were working short, with Covid being an issue, Chris took it upon herself to deliver trays to residents that could not come down for dinner. this is not uncommon for her to jump in and help. ask any of the night RCA’S they will tell you.

He is a new server in the Kitchen. I have seen him do amazing job every time he is here at work. He is predicable and always friendly. He always listens to the Residents on there orders and then follows thru with did they enjoy there meal. He is very quick and always with a smile. He really puts the explanation point to costumer service.

Chris is such a great person, always going out of her way to make sure staff and residents are feed and not in need of anything. She even goes out of her way to get different ethnic foods that she pays out of her own pocket. I can’t say enough about the way she interacts with residents.

Marcia, is a team player. She always helps other employees even when her job isn’t completed yet, then will finish her own assignment after. Marcia did all my 2pms meds today without even asking!

I arrived for my 1st shift to morning star and Janet and racine are waiting for a 2nd person to arrive so they can leave, no one showed and with no hesitation no complaints they went out of their ways to help me, I am so grateful that they did what they did thank you girls for going out of your way for our residents.

Lenette welcomed me with open arms, enthusiasm and respect. She will be my boss here at Prosper and I think she is wonderful, amazing and always brightens the residents day. And mine too!
