Team Recognitions!

Beth is always willing to help the wellness dept. with covering shifts. Beth works 11-7 so at times it may be difficult to recognize all that the RCA’s do to keep Prosper safe during the night. Just this week Beth went above and beyond to ensure a maintenance concern was dealt with . Beth is always willing to help when she can and I appreciate it .

Ana is always such a delight. She goes above and beyond to satisfy all the resident needs. She also always is willing to help me in the wellness dept. whether it be covering a shift or days like today and ensuring all the residents arrived to receive their booster vaccine in her “cat costume”. Ana is a great addition to the wellness dept. and all the resident’s love her!

Marcia went above and beyond to ensure all the residents arrived to receive their booster vaccine at the clinic today. She continued to follow through with those residents who required additional reminders all while wearing a “deviled egg” costume. The residents always look forward to Marcia’s next hair do and always speak highly of her care.

Channda is always positive and outgoing. She is always willing to assist the wellness dept. with picking up additional shifts to ensure resident care is completed creating resident satisfaction. She always carries out resident care with a smile we are lucky to have her in the wellness dept.

Lindsey always goes above and beyond to help me in the wellness dept. I thought she required an additional recognition on how she handled everything so effortlessly despite a COVID outbreak in our facility while I was on vacation. Lindsey and the RCA’s ensured that the resident safety continued to be a top priority and continued to follow all the procedures necessary.
