Team Recognitions!

I have worked with Donna for almost 6 years. I love how she treats our MS residents as if they were her mother! She buys them necessities with her own money. She can be ready to leave and will stop to assist a resident with toileting. She will redress someone who is not dressed appropriately . She will shower and change residents that are resistant with other staff. And when I’m not there- Donna steps in after resident health care tasks are done – to do activities with them as a group. Donna is never late and never calls out. She also works well with our residents families. She asks for nothing and I feel she deserves recognition.

Linda knowing our growing staffing challenges on 3-11, came to my office with another RCA, asking what days are the most difficult to staff right now so that she and other RCA can pick up time on THOSE days to help me with the schedule. She has done this for me many times over the past two weeks. Thank you for your compassion!

Phil goes over and beyond for our facility on a daily. He is amazing with our residents, he gets issues fixed as soon as possible, he even helps the residents clean up their cars after snow storms and also helps Traci and I clean off the Van during snow storms and helps us with any van issues that come up. He basically is the “Mr.Fix-It Dad” of Prosper.

Marjorie is a extremely hard worker. Even with staffing issues she always goes above and beyond making sure morning star residents are taken care of. The unit wouldn’t be the same without her. She is an amazing woman to work with.

Linda, our social worker is such a special part of our “Prosper Family”. She is not only amazing with our residents, but she’s also amazing with our Staff. She personally has helped me tons with my own personal things, such as giving me advice with what programs to attend in college and where to go and helping me gain the confidence to do go ahead and further myself.

Chris is always helpful with residents and staff. If they need anything she is right there to offer help. No one deserves recognition more than Her.
