Team Recognitions!

Andreia is extremely helpful and caring. She is always assisting our residents with care and dignity. She trained me when I first got hired here at Prosper and made the experience a delightful one. She showed me the ropes and made me feel so “at home”. She also did an amazing job following Covid protocols and ensured everyone was following them. She keeps our residents safe and healthy.

Tamara knowing our growing staffing challenges on 3-11 recruited another RCA, came to my office with said RCA, asking what days are the most difficult to staff right now so that she and other RCA can pick up time on THOSE days to help me with the schedule. She has done this with other RCA for me many times over the past two weeks. Thank you for your compassion and team work!

On June 4th through June 6th, Ashley was committed and exceptional, making sure that the staff saw her devotion to them and the residents. She worked so hard for so many hours, during that weekend’s challenging staffing crisis as she always does. I am so happy to have her in the Prosper wellness team!

Brianna is great with all the residents. As waitstaff she goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. I witnessed her taking time out of her duties to walk with a resident outside on this very hot and humid day to make sure she was going to sit in the shade. She also gave her water before she went out and told her to stay hydrated. She then went to check on her a little while later and made sure she came inside in a timely manner so the resident wouldn’t overheat. She gave her more water as the resident came inside. Brianna really goes the extra mile to make sure the residents are okay.

Kara routinely works upstairs alone, she responds to repeated call bells all night, assists me whenever we need help or have questions promptly, she has always had a wealth of knowledge that has been very helpful to me and others especially when it comes to working efficiently, she always had the answers to company policies and procedures, and she’s always friendly, empathetic, and understanding with the residents and staff, all leads we have should be based off of Kara’s abilities and approach. She’s a clear communicator which is really important.

Every time I come in she always tells me what floor I’m on and she always lets me know what’s going on on that floor and always makes me feel wanted.
