Team Recognitions!

Nurse Ashley always helps out no matter what the situation is she’s always helping out she’s very good & helpful w/ the residents tending to there needs & she’s always helping staff out she’s a great nurse.

Last week during the ribbon cutting event, Isabel came in during her “off hours” to take pictures of the event happening. I thought that was so selfless and kind of her to do.

On Sunday, September 5th what started off as a bad day ended up being a good day thanks to Ursula that came in a few hours before her 2nd shift began to help me knowing that we were short, thanks to her Janet and Racine so much for your help you ladies are AWESOME!

We have had a lot of new move-ins this month. Lisa always takes the time to get to know each move in regardless of how hectic her schedule may be. With this move-in, she kept stating she wished she had a necklace to put her keys so that she wouldn’t forget them. Lisa went out of her way to pick out a fashionable and practical lanyard for the resident. The resident was delighted with the lanyard and talked about it for days.

Dayna has been available and attentive 24/7. She genuinely cares about every aspect of a variety of situations that are brought to her attention. Best of all she follows up with actions or solutions for our many undertakings that we are trying to manage. She’s a great listener, she’s fair, always a true professional, accountable, and responsible. I feel confident she is going to help us improve on many fronts. I’m so happy she’s here with us.

Andreia is very helpful, she always assists us with resident care and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is following COVID-19 Protocols. Just today she volunteered to get a resident their groceries on her own time.
