Team Recognitions!

Channda made it into her shift during the blizzard of 2022 and worked a double to cover for RCAs with longer travel time. Channda assisted with front desk phone calls along with her peers and continued to perform RCA duties to ensure there was no interruption in resident care. Lucky to have RCA’s like Channda!

Ana worked the blizzard of 2022. She stayed until 8pm to ensure there was appropriate coverage. Due to the front desk being unable to come in Ana and her coworkers managed phone calls and continued to perform RCA duties. She and her peers ensure there were no interruptions with resident care creating a home environment.

Marcia came in during the Blizzard of 2022. She continued to ensure resident safety was the most priority and continued to provide care. Due to front desk being unable to come in Marcia and her peers managed phone calls and continued to perform RCA duties to ensure residents routine was not disrupted.

Yesterday shortly after Jay left work a resident came down to say her blind had fallen and she couldn’t put it back up. I called Jay and he came right back to fix it!

Joyce is a great RCA she does great with others and is very caring and very joyful. She goes above for residents when their in need.

She works really hard and is good at what she does and I couldn’t be more proud of her.
