Team Recognitions!

Ana stepped up to cover Activities and make sure “Sing-A-Long” would still take place in our courtyard, because she knew how much our residents enjoyed it. She, along with her coworkers, also ensured that our residents were provided with cold water and ice cream sandwiches so that summer heat was more tolerable while they enjoyed one of their favorite Activities. The end result was great attendance and our residents having fun!

She’s a great worker always taking care of the residents keeping them safe & happy on Morning Star she always lends a helping hand when you need help & she’s always on time for work .

Ed stopped and assisted one of the residents who had eloped at 8:30 PM. He went and picked up staff to assist. Ed was driving by and stopped to help. He went above and beyond to keep a resident safe!

Jeff Smith began a mens club for our men at Monastery Heights. He is very caring and generous towards our residents. He schedules an evening movie night. He takes time out of his personal time to schedule these events.

I noticed Kathleen was still outside sitting so Lillian and I went out to get her. Kathy’s legs were weak so Lillian had her sit on her walker and we both pushed her up the ramp to get Kathy inside where it was cool and could give her some water.

She is hard working, kind, and ready to help at any given time when called upon. Respectful and mindful of others. Residents like her. She is a team builder and always on time.
