Team Recognitions!

Marlene is an excellent addition to the wellness dept. On Monday Marlene was able to redirect a resident when she became upset over her clothes. Marlene always has a fun and calm demeanor. She always has the residents laughing by the end of every encounter!

This recognition is long overdue, before and during covid Lori was the bridge between families and residents using her personal phone to do facetime or send photos to loved ones, setting up times for them to use portals, it was very difficult for our Memory care residents during lock down and these moments with their families were so necessary.

Kara always come in early to come help when needed!

I overheard a resident telling Lenette how hard she works to make all the folks here feel good and that she is extremely thankful for her! Told her she would help anytime. Lenette thanked her and gave her a hug and the resident lit up!

A morning star resident was very emotional crying about her husband. Ursula consoled her and sat with her. Within a few minutes Ursula had the resident laughing and smiling.

Kathleen is a newer member of our staff but she’s blown me away already with her kindness and compassion towards our residents! She’s so sweet, she has fun with them, makes them smile, and is also friendly and kind with staff…She’s a one in a million RCA!
