Team Recognitions!

Resident presented to wellness to report Marcia had displayed a level of professionalism, and was looking out for the best interest in this residents care this weekend while caring for him.

We have had a lot of new move ins this month. Lisa always takes the time to get to know each move in regardless of how hectic her schedule may be. With this particular move in , she kept stating she wish she had a necklace to put her keys so that she wouldn’t forget them. Lisa went out of her way to pick out a fashionable and practical lanyard for the resident. The resident was delighted with the lanyard and talked about it for days!

Susan always ensures she notifies wellness and maintenance when things are not operating correctly. Just this weekend she notified us that the parking lot lights were not working correctly . This creates a sense of relief that at all hours of the night there is reliable, and observant staff creating a safe “Home” for all our residents.

Phyllis is always helping Rsidents and other staff members. As soon as she enters the building and residence see her , they are happy and exited asking which floor she is working because they all want to be taken care off by her. She is Kind, listening to their problems and she tries to solve each individuals case. It makes them happy and the feel being home. She never misses her shift, never calls out. Always punctual and ready to work

Although she is newer to the facility. She has made a wonderful impact to the housekeeping department. She is also very talented artist. She took it open herself to ask a resident if she would like one of her drawings or picture. Just because they didn’t have much hanging on the wall. This is truly going above and beyond.

I witness on a daily bases the work that Andreia does, how she treats and cares for the residents. Andreia is a team player and helps out other wellness staff and other departments when she can.
