A note from the President

Prosper Life Care was formed to have a lasting impact on all people in assisted living and memory care, including the staff. The Prosper core values are simple and we apply them to everything we do within our communities. We make life fun, we make the community a home, and we deliver purpose to everyone. Finding purpose in everything we do is the key to a happy and meaningful life. What better purpose then to care for our aged adults. That is why we are constantly striving to find efficiencies and leverage technology to reduce administrative tasks and so that our staff can spend more time with the residents. We truly care about everyone on our team and search for people to join us that have the same enthusiasm and compassion for the people we serve.

Our philosophy is simple…if we take care of you, then you will take care of the residents.

Dayna has been available and attentive 24/7. She genuinely cares about every aspect of a variety of situations that are brought to her attention. Best of all she follows up with actions or solutions for our many undertakings that we are trying to manage while being short staffed. She’s a great listener, she’s fair, always a true professional, accountable, and responsible. I feel confident she is going to help us improve on many fronts. I’m so happy she’s here with us.
