A note from the President

Prosper Life Care was formed to have a lasting impact on all people in assisted living and memory care, including the staff. The Prosper core values are simple and we apply them to everything we do within our communities. We make life fun, we make the community a home, and we deliver purpose to everyone. Finding purpose in everything we do is the key to a happy and meaningful life. What better purpose then to care for our aged adults. That is why we are constantly striving to find efficiencies and leverage technology to reduce administrative tasks and so that our staff can spend more time with the residents. We truly care about everyone on our team and search for people to join us that have the same enthusiasm and compassion for the people we serve.

Our philosophy is simple…if we take care of you, then you will take care of the residents.

Christine,(Chef/Asst. Dietary Mgr.) is absolutely wonderful. Shes always so welcoming and treats our residents with respect. She is also always making sure that the staff is fed. Even if the options on the menu are something that the residents do not like, she will go out of her way to make something different for them. She makes sure that the residents get a portion of meal that they are satisfied with and ensures that it is served warm. She also tries to find new recipes for food and deserts for our residents to keep things exciting for them.

Christine is so great with all of our Residents. Shes so patient and caring towards our residents (and staff). Her smile and kind attitude brings prosper such a positive energy, Shes so outgoing and bubbly. Just last Friday during our July 4th cookout and entertainment she got all festively decked out and danced with our Residents. She joined into our celebration and added her special “Pazazz” to it.

Kathleen is a newer member of our staff but she’s blown me away already with her kindness and compassion towards our residents! She’s so sweet, she has fun with them, makes them smile, and is also friendly and kind with staff…She’s a one in a million RCA!

A morning star resident was very emotional crying about her husband. Ursula consoled her and sat with her. Within a few minutes Ursula had the resident laughing and smiling.
