A note from the President

Prosper Life Care was formed to have a lasting impact on all people in assisted living and memory care, including the staff. The Prosper core values are simple and we apply them to everything we do within our communities. We make life fun, we make the community a home, and we deliver purpose to everyone. Finding purpose in everything we do is the key to a happy and meaningful life. What better purpose then to care for our aged adults. That is why we are constantly striving to find efficiencies and leverage technology to reduce administrative tasks and so that our staff can spend more time with the residents. We truly care about everyone on our team and search for people to join us that have the same enthusiasm and compassion for the people we serve.

Our philosophy is simple…if we take care of you, then you will take care of the residents.

Andreia took charge and assisted the wellness department in supervisors absence. She ensured residents care continued, and ensured the resident’s safety by continuing COVID-19 Protocols.

She always goes above and beyond for the residents and staff, making sure everyone has eaten. She will make it a point to go around and ask staff if they want something to eat. And if you don’t like what they are having she will offer to make you something that you like if they have it.

This employee does many, many, different things on a daily basis that goes above and beyond. But today in particular, she did a resident’s soiled laundry (that wasn’t even on her assignment) and did it without hesitation or complaining!
